Secondly, warranty claim is only valid in USA since this model is ordered from USA. If there is any defect with item, item will be shipped back to USA on a case to case basics and shipment fee will be covered by YOU as the buyer. Till now the amount of Beats product i have sold, i don't come across any defect and such therefore warranty claim and such hasn't been a big major issue for all my buyer.
