Return and claim:
No return after transaction is deal and closed. At the point of sale, customer are advised to look through the item thoroughly before they are actually keen to purchase. After the decision which is final, no changes and such could be made. Thank you. In case the set is really defected there will be a one to one exchange however warranty will be valid for up to one year.

Ans: The only proof i can support my answer with, is for u to check the item thoroughly before you purchase from me. you can have all the time you want to, to ask me or clarify with me.I am selling this model which is directly imported from the factory in America.There isnt any charges which are involved because no shop front or staff costs to worry about therefore pricing has a great differences. I import such headset/headphone in bulk without packaging done however it is sealed inside to reduce the cost of fixed price sold over in Singapore. You can be assured that this product is of HIGH quality as the ones you can get outside in shops as i can ENSURE WITH MY LIFE it is "AUTHENTIC". With positive track record feedback i have received so far i hope this can enhance your buying experiences with me instead of doubting it been a replica good, thank you.
Why are beats by dre headset much cheaper then in shop i seen over at town in Singapore?
Reason is simple, i want my customer to be happy with the item as well like i do. One of the reason im selling much cheaper is that i order them in "bulk" therefore cheaper, maybe 50 sets at a go, from USA. Secondly, warranty claim is only valid in USA since this model is ordered from USA. If there is any defect with item, item will be shipped back to USA on a case to case basics and shipment fee will be covered by YOU as the buyer. Till now the amount of Beats product i have sold, i don't come across any defect and such therefore warranty claim and such hasn't been a big major issue for all my buyer. During the first month in which product is faulty and such i will ensure and give you a one to one exchange for a new set as long as the demand is realistic or so.
